Reservations
Full week stays are Friday to Friday during season, this is negotiable for off season rentals. Leaseholder must be 25+ years old. When payment is made by credit card the person named and signing the vacation rental agreement must also be the person whose name is on the credit card. You will also need to provide the names and ages of EVERY guest that will be staying in the house; babies and children need to be included in the list. Owner will confirm availability within 48 hours.
We do allow up to 2 dogs at our home ($150 nonrefundable pet fee) with a signed pet agreement. Dogs must be at least one year of age. Please make sure your dogs are up to date on all vaccinations and on a flea preventative treatment. Dogs are welcome but please be mindful of our home and keep them off of the furniture.

Cancellation Policy
Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Owner must be informed in writing at least 90 days before stay to receive full refund less a $250 cancellation fee. If within 90 days of stay, the owner will attempt to rent the home and will credit that amount to a refund minus the $250 cancellation fee. Cancellations must be in writing and it is the tenant's responsibility to confirm the cancellation has been completed. Once cancelled, if re-rented, Tenant shall receive a refund less any difference in rate paid by the new reservation, less $250 cancellation fees for reservations and all applicable taxes. However, if the unit is not re-rented, you will be responsible for the entire rental amount plus tax. Additionally, if the property has not been re-rented and the leaseholder wishes to reinstate the reservation at any time after we receive the cancellation in writing, we will reinstate the reservation for a fee of $100 plus all applicable taxes.
